El desarrollo del presente Artículo representa el “Evolución de la inversión pública en educación, 2008-2017” está dirigido a obtener el resultado a partir del presupuesto asignado para este sector, ya que es necesario invertir en las personas para desarrollar capital humano. Sin educación no hay desarrollo ni hay libertades. El gobierno se basa en las políticas y objetivos establecidos en los planes de desarrollo, destina al sector educativo un monto con la finalidad que se garantice un sistema educativo d e calidad y se logre alcanzar la totalidad de la cobertura educativa. En el presente trabajo se utiliza el método cuantitativo, se realiza un análisis de estadística descriptiva y recopilación de información de fuentes secundarias, se concluye con el análi sis de ventajas comparativas de dos países con relación a la tasa de matrícula, y el estudio de índice de desarrollo del Ecuador y su inversión con respecto al PIB.
The development of this Article represents the "Evolution of public investment in education, 2008-2017" is aimed at obtaining the result from the budget allocated for this sector, since it is necessary to invest in people to develop human capital. Without education there is no development nor are there freedoms. The government is ba sed on the policies and objectives established in the development plans; it allocates an amount to the education sector with the purpose of guaranteeing a quality education system and achieving the full educational coverage. In this paper the quantitative method is used, a descriptive statistical analysis and compilation of information from secondary sources is conducted, it is concluded with the analysis of comparative advantages of two countries regarding enrollment, and the study index development of Ecu ador and its investment with respect to GDP.
