Manual de procedimientos como herramienta de control en los procesos administrativos de una empresa privada
Resumen
El presente artículo consiste en la implementación de un manual de procedimientos para la Escuela de Educación Básica Particular “José María Mora González” del cantón El Guabo en el año 2020. Los métodos utilizados en la investigación fueron inductivo, cuantitativo, descriptivo, empírico-analítico y la observación de campo, evidenciando que la institución presenta falta de definición en su estructura organizacional y carencia de un manual de procedimientos que regule las funciones de sus colaboradores. Entre los instrumentos utilizados para la recolección de información se destacan las encuestas y la entrevista. El objetivo principal es optimizar los procedimientos administrativos aplicados en la institución mediante la creación de un manual de procedimientos, buscando que el personal administrativo y docente desempeñe sus funciones de manera más eficiente, generando mayor orden y control. Los resultados reflejan que la mayoría de los usuarios presentan quejas respecto al servicio, principalmente en los tiempos de resolución; sin embargo, en cuanto a la atención personal, se evidenció una alta aceptación, lo cual habla positivamente de la institución. Se concluye que el diseño de un manual de procedimientos contribuye significativamente a mejorar la gestión y la imagen institucional.
Abstract
This article consists of the implementation of a procedures manual for the "José María Mora González" School of Basic Education in the canton of El Guabo in 2020, the methods used in the research were inductive, quantitative, descriptive, empirical -analytical and field observation, therefore, it was evident that the institution presents the lack of definition of the organizational structure, and the lack of a procedures manual that controls the functions of its collaborators. The main materials used to obtain informatizo were the surveys and the interview. The main objective is to optimize the administrative procedures that are applied in the institution, by creating a procedures manual, seeking that administrative and teaching staff perform their functions more efficiently, leading to greater order and control. The main results reflected that the majority of the users present complaints regarding the service, since they consider that the resolution times could be improved, it is worth mentioning that regarding personal attention, they showed much positive acceptance, which speaks highly of the institution. The benefit of designing a procedures manual for better management and institutional image was concluded.
